Lost & Found Items
The items lost by the passengers at the airports and multi-storey car park are kept at the Lost & Found Office in International Terminal Arrivals Floor which is open 7/24. The items found are stored and delivered in a systematical order.
The lost items brought to the depot can be delivered to their owners between the hours 09:00 – 16:00 on weekdays. For deliveries except these hours and days, please contact TAV Customer Relations directly at the phone number stated below.
